Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our classes and the limited number of seats available for each course offering, a minimum deposit is required to secure your seat in class with the remaining balance (or balance schedule) due according to the payment option to which you agreed when you registered. With the exception of the circumstances outlined below, your deposit or payment may be fully refundable within 3 days* of purchase, after which it may only be partially refundable or used as credit towards the next available course offering of like-kind** (referring to the same exact type of class offering). There is extensive organization, research, and customized preparation by the studio on behalf of each individual student as well as on behalf of all students enrolled as a collective group in the days leading up to the first class. So once your have paid your deposit/payment and have committed to the class and been confirmed for class by the studio, if you decide to cancel your participation, your deposit and/or payments will be handled according to the following parameters, guidelines, and boundaries.

Cancel within 14 days of the start date of class:
If we are able to fill your seat, your deposit/payment may be refunded minus a 10% handling fee or used as credit for the next available course offering of like-kind pending availability as a one-time-only transfer*** of deposit/payment. If we are unable to fill your seat, your deposit/payment is rendered non-refundable and may be used only as credit for the next available course offering of like-kind pending availability, minus a 10% handling fee.

Cancel within 10 days of the start date of class:
If we are able to fill your seat, your deposit/payment may be refunded minus a 15% handling fee or used as credit for the next available course offering of like-kind pending availability as a one-time-only*** transfer of deposit/payment. If we are unable to fill your seat, your deposit/payment is rendered non-refundable and may be used only as credit the next available course offering of like-kind pending availability, minus a 15% handling fee.

Cancel within 7 days of the start date of class: 
Canceling within 3 days of the start date automatically renders your deposit non-refundable regardless of whether or not we are able to fill your seat. If we are able to fill your seat and depending upon the circumstances of your withdrawal as to whether or not they qualify as extenuating per the instructor's discretion, your deposit minus a 20% handling fee may possibly be used as credit for the next available course offering of like-kind pending availability and the instructor's approval as a one-time-only*** transfer of deposit/payment. If we are unable to fill your seat, your deposit/payment is forfeited and may not be used as credit towards any future course offering.

Cancel within 3 days of the start date of class:
Your deposit/payment is forfeited and rendered non-refundable/non-creditable, regardless of whether or not we're able to fill your seat. 

*If more than 3 days have passed from the day you signed up for class and paid your deposit, your deposit will no longer be fully refundable. It may either be partially refundable or used as credit*** toward the next available course offering of like-kind** according to the timeline, restrictions and handling fees as designated above.

Due to the amount of time, energy and extensive preparation required for our classes by the studio on behalf of each participant, we feel 
this cancellation policy is fair and reasonable. Thank you in advance for your thoughtful consideration and your cooperation!
