Weekend Intensive Cancellation Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of The Weekend Intensive and the limited number of seats available, a 50% deposit is required to secure your seat in class with the balance due by 5:00 p.m.* three (3) days prior to the start-date. There is extensive organization and customized preparation by the studio on behalf of each individual student in the days leading up to the workshop.
Therefore, once your have paid your initial deposit and have been confirmed for class, if you decide to cancel your participation,
your deposit will remain fully refundable** for 30 days only, unless:
Cancel within 14 days of the start date of class:
If we are able to fill your seat, your deposit may be refunded** minus a 15% handling fee or used as credit for the next available course as a one-time-only** transfer of deposit. If we are unable to fill your seat, your payment is rendered non-refundable and may be
used only as credit minus a 15% handling fee for the next available course pending availability.
(Credit may not be used toward private coaching or other services)
Cancel within 7 days of the start date of class:
If we are able to fill your seat, your deposit may be refunded** minus a 20% handling fee, or used as credit for the next available course as a one-time-only** transfer of deposit. If we are unable to fill your seat, your payment is rendered non-refundable and may be
used only as credit minus a 20% handling fee for the next available course pending availability.
(Credit may not be used toward private coaching or other services)
Cancel within 3 days or 72 hours of the start date of class:
Canceling within 3 days of the start date automatically renders your deposit non-refundable regardless of whether or not we are able to fill your seat. Only if we are able to fill your seat and depending upon the circumstances of your withdrawal as to whether or not they qualify as extenuating per the instructor's discretion, your deposit may possibly be used as credit for the next available course pending availability and instructor's approval as a one-time-only*** transfer of deposit, and a 25% handling fee may be imposed.

If we are unable to fill your seat, your deposit is forfeited and may not be used as credit towards a future course.
Cancel within 24 hours of the start date of class:
Your payment for the workshop is automatically forfeited, regardless of whether or not we're able to fill your seat.
*Failure to pay your balance by the 5:00pm deadline may result in both the loss of your seat and your deposit.
**If 30 days have passed from the day you originally signed up for class and paid your initial deposit, your deposit will not be refunded and may be
used only as credit for the next available course according to the timeline, restrictions and handling fees as designated above.
***Transfers of deposit (credit) may be extended only once. 1Two consecutive cancellations out of any course offering at the studio results in a forfeited deposit.
Due to the amount of time, energy and extensive preparation required for this workshop by the studio on behalf of each participant, we feel
this cancellation policy is fair and reasonable. Thank you in advance for your thoughtful consideration and your cooperation!
