A modified version of the 8-Week Intensive Workshop, this 2-day workshop incorporates crucial elements covered in the first half of the 8-Wk course as well as vital role-play reversal elements of the second half in a high-impact weekend that is sure to leave you empowered! Workshop runs from 9:00am-6:00pm on Saturday, and 9:30am-5:30pm on Sunday with a 50-minute lunch break at 1pm (lunch not provided). Each actor will work individually on-camera in 3 separate scenes that are hand-selected for you based on character type from recent television scripts throughout the weekend. Class size is limited to 10 actors. *This workshop is seasonal and not a regularly scheduled class. *Completion of this workshop qualifies for admittance into the ongoing class. 2-day power intensive will cover and include: -Script Analysis ("get it" quick) -Cold-Read Technique (unburden from memorization) -Camera Technique (make it work for you) -On-Camera Review & Video Playback -Conquer Your Nerves (and make them work for you) -Audition Technique (what to do and what NOT to do in the room) -Role Play Reversal (become the writer/producer) Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm; Sun 9:30am - 5:30pm [50% deposit required to secure seat, balance due 3 days prior to class] |
