Ongoing Classes Cancellation Policy
Returning students / students joining the class for the first time / students coming off the waitlist:
Due to the exclusive nature of this class, high demand, and the limited number of seats available each month, a 50% deposit
is required to secure your seat with the balance due upon arrival to the first night of class.
Current students continuing their enrollment from the previous month of class:
Your status for the new month will be taken at roll call upon your arrival to the last class of the preceding month (previous week).
At that point a minimum 50% deposit will be required to secure the seat for the new month. If you are absent at roll call or unable to supply your deposit at that time, you will be invoiced and your deposit must be received immediately, the absolute latest we can hold your seat without a deposit is 12pm on Friday immediately preceding the new month of class. This is a hard deadline, and if your deposit is not received by that point you risk losing your seat for the new month to someone on the waitlist.
Exception: in class cycles where we skip a month of class due to Christinna taking time off (currently July and Dec), roll call
will be taken during the last class of the current cycle and your seat may be reserved with your 50% deposit due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of class in August, or twenty-one (21) days prior to the start date in January. If your deposit is not received by the respective deadline your seat will immediately be released and offered to the next person on the waitlist for class.
So please honor the deposit deadline so as to not risk your seat in class. Once your deposit is paid, any balances owed will be collected upon your arrival to the first night of class/start date of the new month.
For ALL STUDENTS / The Friday 5pm Cancellation Deadline:
The Advanced Ongoing program is in high demand and maintains an active waitlist. There is extensive organization and customized preparation by the instructor on behalf of each individual student in the days leading up to the start dates of class. Therefore, the absolute latest you may cancel out of the new month without penalty is 5pm the Friday immediately preceding the start date of class. For example, if the new month of class starts the week of Aug 7-11, then the cancellation deadline is 5pm on Friday Aug 6.
If the new month of class starts the week of Sept 4-8, then the cancellation deadline is 5pm on Friday Sept 3.
This same Friday cancellation deadline applies to all three (3) ongoing classes whether you are enrolled
in the Monday class, Tuesday class, or Thursday class so please plan accordingly.
Same-day cancellations (dropping out on the start date of the new month) are strictly prohibited and face a harsh penalty (see below).
